I will be keeping my prices low, in order to help you stay within your financial constraints, as I know that homeschool families must. I created this to help my children learn to become more independent in their school and chores. It has places to record/assign resources to be used, assignments, what they are reading, places/people they have gone/seen, life skills learned, Projects they are working on, and character goals/Bible verses. There is a place for them to check that they completed assignments, and a place for you to record or check that you have approved/graded each assignment.

Grade Record

I use this form to record the grade for each assignment. I have one for each child. This is a two page record, and contains space for 45 days, and to average at the middle and end of the 45 days.

I have found this to be a great way to keep track of all the grades for actual book work. If I just use a Pass Fail, I can write P/F, if I have a grade, I can record that.
