Most homeschool moms don’t have that “normal” list of wants or needs. My husband says I can be hard to buy for…WHAT? A non stained shirt and a pair of jeans that don’t bind and pinch me…Hey, I have had six children and my shape is not the same as it used to be, nor do fashion designers design for it. But, that is another story.
The homeschool mom typically wants (many times secretly) practical things that will help her have a smooth homeschool “ride”.
Things that will add a creative spin on boring subject. Things that will streamline her time spent planning, so she can spend more time with her family.
Most of my suggestions have a direct to the items via my Amazon widget. If you purchase anything from that widget, I will receive a small monetary compensation.
1. A printer nice printer that will duplex, and is economical on ink. I love the HP 8500 and 8600 series printers. I have the 8500 and LOVE it!!
2. A case of paper to use. Believe me when I say that if you are the husband spending the money on these items, that it will save you!! I now use more eBooks and print them myself for just few cents.
3. A Laminator. I have a very nice little laminator.
4. Her favorite drink
5. Book Shelves
6. eReader or Tablet PC
7. Storage shelves and drawers
8. Chocolate stash.
9. Comb Binder
10. Nice pair of jeans and shirt. Yep, Wrangler Q Baby, Ultimate Riding Jeans are my personal mom of six body shape favorites!!

I have the 8500 HP printer as well. BEST THING we ever invested in!!!!
Great list! I could use so many of those things. I asked for a fancy-shmancy crock pot this year and measuring cups. Not very exotic, but just what this mommy needs =)
