This Dictionary is not your average dictionary. It is beautifully illustrated, and with easy to understand explanations and descriptions.

My oldest (11), sat down with this book for three hours the day it came. He has since picked it up to help with different parts of his Bible reading and other interests. Our eight year old has enjoyed learning more about different places in the Bible. It has really helped bring an understanding of different things to our family.
This book would be a great resource for any family that is interested in studying deeper and gaining a deeper understanding of their bible reading with younger children. Our four and five year olds have looked through the book then come to us to look up the scripture references and learn about the pictures in our bible reading.
I think it is wise to mention two things we noticed in this book:
- There is mention and a very vague description of S*x. For those with younger children, you may want to be aware and take note to take the precautions you feel are necessary for your family until your children are a bit older. Simple taping a small colored square of fabric over it until older would suffice.
- On the page that has a list and pictures of Birds of the Bible, the picture of a dove and a sparrow is the same picture only reversed. Obviously they are not the same bird. A very minor flaw in the book.

It is about my life as a farmer’s wife, as a cook, a baker, a nurse, a teacher, a woodworker, a housekeeper, a farmer (yep, I drive tractors, pick up hay bales, and other farm duties), a gardener. So, what you read here, is me, as a transparent sometimes hot headed, passionate, and opinionated person.
It is cool that people can get the personal loans and it opens new possibilities.

I have my bible story set but I don’t have a bible dictionary for it. This is a good collection to have too.My two son are in ACE program school, this would be great for their devotional.
