Field Trip Friday Four Generations Fieldtripping in Kansas

This week my Grandparents from North Carolina are visiting. It is nice to show them a little around our area. We went to Pratt and to Kiowa Counties and saw the Pratt Wildlife Museum and The Round Barn near Mullinville.

Visiting and exploring at the Round Barn, Pratt Wildlife Museum, and a Cotton Field we saw along side the road on the way home.

Our family got to help feed the reptiles at the wildlife museum. The snake Philip is holding is a Great Plains Rat snake.

We enjoy these family field trips and are having a great time with my grandparents. How often do four generations get to go on field trips together?

That round barn is super cool! Is it a Shaker style?

I honestly don’t know. Lana. I will have to do a little research and try to get back to you. ;)
